Introduction to tire shredder

Tire shredder is a specially designed crushing equipment for tires with large volume, thickness, and hardness. It can effectively shred rubber tires, diagonal tires, radial tires, and car tires. After shredding the tire, it can be ground into powder using a grinding machine for further processing. The tire shredder can directly crush any steel wire tire with a diameter less than 2000mm without any prior treatment of the tire, and can directly crush the rim steel wire. Greatly improving production efficiency while also saving labor.

Working principle of tire shredder

The tire shredder consists of a motor, a reducer, a rotating blade shaft, an imported moving blade, a fixed blade, a frame, a machine base, a box, and other main structures.
There are 11 fixed knives installed on the tire shredder, and 44 detachable embedded moving knives are installed on the rotating knife shaft. The moving knives are double-sided and can be removed to change the angle after blunting, and then sharpened until both sides are blunted. Due to the claw type moving knives, rotary cutting is used, and the fixed and moving knives are made of SKD11 imported from Japan. After heat treatment, the hardness reaches HRC60 ° or above, so the service life is long, the cutting ability is strong, and the production capacity is high. It is necessary to sharpen the knives when the normal use reaches more than 1000 tons. It is used together with conveyor belts, two-stage crushers, steel wire separators, nylon separators, and grinding machines, thus achieving automation, rationalization, and labor-saving. Effectively reduce labor intensity and improve the working environment.
