Overview
The ternary gradient high-performance liquid chromatography is composed of an LC-10Tvp infusion pump, an SPD-10Tvp UV variable wavelength detector, an injector (manual or automatic), a chromatographic column, and a chromatographic data workstation. It is recommended to use Survey software for the chromatographic data workstation. It adopts a digital communication system, ultra wide dynamic range, and can perform reverse control of liquid chromatography on a computer. It can be widely applied in many analytical fields such as medicine, food, chemical industry, and environment. The new version of high-performance liquid chromatography complies with GLP/GMP, FDA, and 21CFR Part 11 specifications
