Overview

Thermocouple $r $n from Japan's Thermocera Vacuum VTC is used to measure the temperature of objects in vacuum equipment such as CVD. $r $n is an airtight thermocouple connected to various vacuum standard flanges. K-type (Class 2), with a sheath made of SUS316 or chromium nickel iron alloy. The flange sizes are ICF34, ICF70, NW16, NW25, NW40.
