Introduction to Structural Design

The outer shell is processed and formed using A3 steel plate CNC machine tools, and the surface of the shell is sprayed with plastic for a smoother and more beautiful appearance (now upgraded to rounded corners);

The inner liner is made of imported stainless steel plate;

Insulation material: high-density glass fiber cotton;

Mixing system: using a long axis fan motor and stainless steel axial flow circulating blades that are resistant to high and low temperatures to achieve forced convection diffusion circulation;

Double layer high tensile sealing strips with high temperature resistance are used between the door and the box to ensure the sealing of the testing area;

Using non reactive door handles makes operation easier;

The bottom of the machine adopts high-quality fixed PU movable wheels;

The observation window adopts multi-layer insulated tempered glass;

The test hole (on the left side of the machine) can be used for external testing of power or signal lines;

The inner sample rotating frame is made of stainless steel and has a circular disc shape. It runs clockwise at 10r/min and is suspended by a self-made hook made by the customer. This sample is driven by a reducer to rotate the main shaft, and the speed is controlled by a speed controller to achieve the desired effect. If the customer needs, the sample rack can also be made into a tray style to facilitate the placement of small components (tray style sample racks must be confirmed before ordering).
