Teflon ® The main features of FEP sampling bags are:
High transmittance, targeting ultraviolet and other rays, except for far-infrared radiation
High strength impact resistance, wear resistance, tear resistance
*Anti viscosity and low friction properties
Easy to clean, reusable, and the basic composition and performance of the membrane material will not be affected
Resistance to dissolution and pollution, resistance to strong acids and bases (excluding molten alkali metals, fluorine gas, halogenated compounds at higher temperatures and pressures)

Teflon®FEPSampling bag
Teflon®FEPThe sampling bag is made of polyvinyl fluoride (PVF) film produced by DuPont in the United States, with a thickness of 50 microns. This product has excellent chemical resistance, solubility resistance, pollution resistance, and resistance to strong acids and alkalis. At room temperature, it is not affected by conventional solvents.
Teflon®FEPSampling bags can collect carbon monoxide (CO), sulfur dioxide (SO2), hydrogen sulfide (H2S), benzene, radon and thiols, hydrocarbons, and chlorinated solvent gases. Suitable for short-term storage of low concentration (ppm, ppb level) corrosive gases and chemically active gases (for pre saturation treatment). Collection of photosensitive compounds and halogenated volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
If containing ppm or ppb level active compounds, the sampling bag needs to be cleaned with high-purity air or high-purity nitrogen to reduce the influence of background. The sampling bag can also be placed in an oven and heated at 40 to 60 degrees Celsius to remove the influence of background.
Teflon®FEPThe sampling bag is suitable for using EPA analysis methods in the United States, including dissolution tests (TCLP), TO-3 (VOCs), TO-12 (NMOC), TO-14A (VOCs), TO-15 (VOCs), ASTM D-5504, and various other atmospheric gas collection methods.
