TL (TT) type high-efficiency heat exchangerThe copper tube series aluminum plate (copper plate) heat exchanger adopts advanced mechanical expansion tube and corrugated double flanged aluminum rib structure. Mechanical expansion of the tube ensures tight contact between the copper tube and the aluminum rib, and the bridge like gap can promote fluid turbulence, destroy the boundary layer, and improve the heat transfer coefficient. The advanced structural design, combined with reasonable waterway stroke, tube spacing, and plate spacing design, makes this heat exchanger have the characteristics of good heat transfer performance, low air resistance, compact structure, and light weight. It can be widely used in air conditioning, cooling, dehumidification, heating and other engineering projects, and is an ideal supporting product for fresh air units and air handling units. It can also be connected to air ducts for separate use as cooling or heating.
Copper pipes are welded using low-temperature rapid brazing to ensure a pressure resistance of>1.6MPa.
This heat exchanger has a variety of blade spacing (2.4-6 millimeters) and a complete range of specifications to meet the needs of different working conditions and various combinations.
