Basic principle:
It is a typical application of flow control valves in the field of temperature control, which controls the inlet flow of primary heat (refrigerant) in heat exchangers, air conditioning units, or other heating and cooling equipment to achieve the purpose of controlling the outlet temperature of the equipment. When the load changes, adjust the flow rate by changing the valve opening degree to eliminate the impact of load fluctuations and stabilize the temperature within the set range.

The liquid expansion inside the temperature sensor is uniform, and its control function is proportional adjustment. When the temperature of the controlled medium changes, the volume of the temperature sensing liquid inside the sensor expands or contracts. When the temperature of the controlled medium is higher than the set value, the temperature sensing liquid expands, pushing the valve core downwards to close the valve and reduce the flow rate of the heat medium; When the temperature of the controlled medium is lower than the set value, the temperature sensing liquid contracts, and the reset spring pushes the valve core to open, increasing the flow rate of the heat medium.

Installation Guide
1. Install shut-off valves before and after the temperature control valve, and set up a bypass for maintenance.
2. The valve body should be installed horizontally on the primary heat medium pipeline, and should not be tilted or inverted.
3. Install a filter in front of the temperature control valve to prevent welding slag from cutting the valve core.
4. The temperature sensing probe is installed at the outlet of the heat exchanger or on the outlet pipeline
5. The sensor catheter is 3.5 meters long (please specify when ordering if extension is required).
6The factory setting is 60 ℃, and users can adjust the settings themselves.
