4、 Main structure of crusher：

The structure of the crusher consists of a box body, a feeding hopper, an electric motor, a plug-in valve, a screen mesh, an electrical control box, and a dust removal system, among other components(See the external diagram).

5、 Working principle of crusher:

This unit utilizes relative motion between the movable and fixed toothed discs to crush materials through tooth impact, friction, and material to material impact. The crushed material is automatically fed into the collection bag through the screen mesh under the action of centrifugal force, and the dust is filtered and recovered through the bag filter in the vacuum cleaner. 6、 Installation and use of crusher:

1After unpacking, place the crusher on a flat cement floor, check that all fasteners are not loose and all components are not damaged, and then power on for testing.

2During the operation of the crusher, it is often observed that the current is too high or too low. If it is found, the plug valve should be adjusted immediately to control the feeding size of the crusher, in order to improve the production efficiency of the crusher.

3If the gear plate is found to be worn, a new gear plate can be replaced to ensure the crushing effect.

7、 Maintenance and troubleshooting of crusher:

1The crusher is used indoors in an environment free from sunlight and rain, with a temperature of-15℃~40℃, relative humidity50%~95%.

2The plug-in valve should only be opened during the operation of the crusher and then closed after the operation is complete.

3Every run1000Replace the bearing lubricating oil every hour.

4When maintaining and repairing the crusher, the main power should be cut off and repaired by professional maintenance personnel.

5Troubleshooting: If the crusher encounters the following situations during operation, it should be stopped immediately, the power should be cut off for maintenance.

5.1 There are abnormal sounds such as metal impact and sharp screams.

5.2 The temperature rise of the bearing cannot exceed70℃, the inspection method is that the palm cannot stay on the bearing shell for a long time.

5.3 Materials exceeding the sieve size flow out from the outlet.
