1. Purpose: This crusher is a new product carefully designed and developed by our factory. It has been widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, plastics, etc. It is an ideal equipment for finely grinding materials.

2. Characteristics

2.1 Grinding and vacuuming are integrated, with a clean working environment, no dust flying, and high material utilization rate.

2.2 The bearing seat is separated from the crusher chamber for easy cleaning and installation, ensuring no material contamination and meeting the requirements of "GMP" standards.

2.3 Design an adjustable plug valve that can change the feeding speed, reduce operating intensity, ensure uniform feeding, and avoid excessive load on the host.

2.4 The teeth, shaft, cavity, hopper and other parts of the crusher are made of high-quality stainless steel, which has the advantages of corrosion resistance and wear resistance.

4、 Main structure of crusher:

The structure of the crusher consists of a box body, a feeding hopper, an electric motor, a plug-in valve, a screen mesh, an electrical control box, and a dust removal system (see external drawing).

5、 Working principle of crusher:

This unit utilizes relative motion between the movable and fixed toothed discs to crush materials through tooth impact, friction, and material to material impact. The crushed material is automatically fed into the collection bag through the screen mesh under the action of centrifugal force, and the dust is filtered and recovered through the bag filter in the vacuum cleaner. This machine is designed according to GMP standards and is entirely made of high-quality stainless steel materials.

6、 Installation and use of crusher:

1. After unpacking, place the crusher on a flat cement floor, check that all fasteners are not loose and all components are not damaged, and then power on for testing.

2. During the operation of the crusher, it is often observed that the current is too high or too low. If it is found, the plug valve should be adjusted immediately to control the feeding size of the crusher, in order to improve the production efficiency of the crusher.

3. If the gear plate is found to be worn, a new gear plate can be replaced to ensure the crushing effect.

7、 Maintenance and troubleshooting of crusher:

1. The crusher is used indoors in an environment free from sunlight and rain, with temperatures ranging from -15 ℃ to 40 ℃ and relative humidity of 50% to 95%.

2. The plug valve should only be opened during the operation of the crusher and then closed after the operation is complete.

3. Replace the bearing lubricating oil every 1000 hours of operation.

4. When maintaining and repairing the crusher, the main power should be cut off and repaired by professional maintenance personnel.

5. Troubleshooting: If the crusher encounters the following situations during operation, it should be stopped immediately and the power should be cut off for maintenance.

5.1 There are abnormal sounds such as metal impact and sharp sounds.

5.2 The temperature rise of the bearing should not exceed 70 ℃, and the inspection method is that the palm should not stay on the bearing shell for a long time.

5.3 Materials exceeding the mesh size will flow out from the outlet.

5.4 The vibration of the crusher intensifies, and the noise exceeds 85dB (A).
