Equipment Principle
The concentration main body of the stacked screw sludge concentrator is a concentration and filtration device formed by stacking a fixed ring and a movable ring, with a spiral shaft passing through it. This equipment integrates a fully automatic control cabinet, flocculation conditioning tank, sludge concentration body, and collection tank. Under fully automatic operation conditions, it continuously completes sludge concentration work through efficient flocculation.
Sludge and flocculants are thoroughly mixed and reacted by mechanical stirring in the sludge mixing tank to form 3-5mm flocs, which flow into the concentration body by themselves; In the concentration body, the sludge continues to move forward with the rotation of the spiral shaft, and the volume of the main chamber is continuously compressed. The filtrate is filtered out from the gaps between the laminations, and the solid content of the sludge gradually increases, achieving rapid concentration of the sludge;
Due to the misalignment movement between the movable ring and the fixed ring caused by the rotation of the spiral shaft, a continuous self-cleaning process can be achieved, avoiding the blockage problem of traditional equipment. The stacked screw thickener can be used as a pretreatment equipment for sludge dewatering and deep dewatering systems, and is matched with high-pressure elastic presses, high-pressure diaphragm frames, or other dewatering equipment.
