Case Introduction:

Hangzhou Chuangyou Industrial Co., Ltd. independently designed, developed and launched a system specially used for spray disinfection in production places and public places, which can timely and effectively solve the problem of large-scale, fixed-point and timed disinfection in the production process of enterprises.

This system is a set of spray disinfection system mainly based on high-pressure micro fog spray system. It mainly uses high-pressure micro fog humidifier to atomize water through high-pressure pipes and cooperate with the nozzle to solve the problem of dust pollution in the environment. The high-pressure micro fog humidification system mainly consists of four components: control device, water treatment device, high-pressure device, automatic detection and fault automatic device.

Control device: touch screen operation, imported programming system, built-in time and program control, can set the working cycle according to user requirements, can make regular or irregular changes under the pre programmed command, automatic switching of system start and stop, automatic combination of fog shape, etc. Reduced manual operation and maintenance, achieving unmanned operation.

Water treatment equipment: industrial waterAll of them contain various degrees of impurities, so we use water treatment equipment to turn industrial water that originally contained multiple impurities into the soft water needed for the smooth operation of our equipment.

High pressure device: we select imported high pressure water pump, allocate and position the pressure at the high pressure outlet solenoid valve of the high pressure water pump through the control device, control and regulate the outlet pressure, so as to achieve the water source pressure standard required by the high pressure micro mist humidification system, and ensure the spray effect. This device integrates monitoring, management, and protection, with a high degree of automation and high performance ratio.

Fault self checking device: This device integrates monitoring, management, and protection, with a high degree of automation and high performance. Monitor the status of equipment put into operation, detect and manage real-time data, and display faults in a timely manner. Equipped with automatic detection and fault location functions, it automatically alerts for flow start, stop, and equipment fault signals for easy maintenance and repair.
