With the rapid development of electronic science and production technology, the loss of electronic components caused by electrostatic hazards has attracted great attention. Electronic products have extremely strict requirements for indoor air environment and quality in the manufacturing and production process. Many electronic products and components may be damaged, defective or scrapped due to static electricity. More seriously, precision electronic products may be at risk of breakdown when exposed to static electricity, leading to electronic product scrap, increasing production costs and reducing profits for enterprises. Therefore, humidification and static electricity removal in electronic factories have become very important.

The harm of static electricity to electronic products:

1. Electrostatic adsorption of dust reduces the insulation resistance of components (shortens their lifespan).
