Electrical control unit

By using industrial control computers and communicating through ETHERCAT, various functions such as constant tension control, tool database management, automatic cutting of longitudinal cutting tools and separators are achieved.

Automatic isolation unit

Rigid isolation is applied to the longitudinally cut strips to prevent overlapping when passing through the tensioning device, and to serve functions such as pressing, guiding, and feeding. The robot grabs the separators and automatically arranges them on the inflation axis. The separators are locked by tightening the inflation axis, with short arrangement time, high accuracy, and small errors.

Cutting robot+knife magazine

Used to arrange the blades, spacers, and rubber sleeves required for longitudinal cutting in advance on the straight blade changing arm, and directly push them into the cutter shaft of the longitudinal cutting machine for use, greatly reducing the cutting time and workload of the cutting personnel, and improving production efficiency.
