Electrical control unit

Adopting the SPMD flying shear control system, various functions such as finding, cam switching, synchronous zone cosine compensation, material escape, shear data recording, batch switching, etc. are achieved. Cooperate with Siemens PLC control system to achieve functions such as logical operation, process planning, and motion control.

Stacking unit

The pneumatic discharge rack has long and wide clearance, automatic material shooting and other functions, which can make the steel plates cut to length neatly stacked. Combined with the lifting platform, the neatly stacked steel plates can be transported to the packaging area for packaging and other operations.

Cutting unit

Used for cutting steel plates, when the feeding roller feeds the plate material, the shearing machine cuts the steel plate simultaneously according to the precise measurement of the plate length by the measuring device, ensuring the shearing accuracy, improving the shearing efficiency, ensuring the surface quality of the steel plate, and saving energy consumption.

Leveling Unit

Mainly used for straightening the strip, making it straight and eliminating a large amount of strip stress to achieve uniform stress distribution; Roller box design, the entire straightening roller system can be pulled out from the side for easy cleaning and roller replacement.

Open book unit

Support the steel coil to achieve the unwinding function. During initial threading, it actively uncovers, and during normal operation, it passively uncovers.
