Instrument Overview:
The UV COD online analyzer can achieve rapid, accurate, and economical online determination of COD in water samples. The basic measurement principle of the instrument is based on the absorption of ultraviolet radiation by organic matter in wastewater. Organic compounds containing conjugated double bonds or polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons absorb ultraviolet light when dissolved in water. Therefore, by measuring the absorption of ultraviolet light by these organic compounds, we can evaluate the degree of water pollution caused by these organic compounds.
