Welded ball valves are widely used in various fields, and their quality and high-performance stability cannot be achieved by ordinary cast steel ball valves. The service life of fully welded ball valves is much longer than that of cast steel ball valves. Fully welded ball valves are widely used in various pipeline equipment such as urban gas, urban heating, petrochemicals, shipbuilding, steel, pressure regulating stations, power plants, etc.
The fully welded ball valve stem seal is reliable. As the stem only rotates without lifting, the packing seal of the stem is not easily damaged, and the sealing ability increases with the increase of medium pressure.
Fully welded ball valves have a long service life due to the excellent self-lubricating properties of materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene, resulting in minimal friction loss with the ball body.
The fully welded ball valve has a bottom mounted valve stem and a protruding step on the stem head to prevent the valve stem from spraying out. In the event of a fire causing damage to the valve stem seal, the protruding step can also form a metal contact with the valve body to ensure the valve stem seal. Anti static function: Install springs between the ball, valve stem, and valve body to dissipate static electricity generated during the switching process.
The connecting body and the valve body are connected by bolts, and the thickness of the connecting flange and the strength of the bolt connection should be designed by analogy with the flange that is equivalent to the inner diameter of the valve body. The connection strength must prevent pipeline stress from causing connection relaxation and sealing failure. The valve body is in contact with the connecting surface on the opposite side, with no gap in between.
