working principle

It uses an upright motor as the excitation source, and eccentric weights are installed at the upper and lower ends of the motor to convert the rotational motion of the motor into horizontal, vertical, and inclined three-dimensional motion. This motion is then transmitted to the screen surface, causing the slurry to undergo involute expansion motion on the screen surface. Therefore, this series of vibrating screens is called a rotary vibrating screen. The rotary vibrating screen has the advantages of long material running trajectory and high utilization rate of the screen surface. Adjusting the phase angle of the heavy hammers at the upper and lower ends can change the material's movement trajectory on the screen surface.
