Solaris CCD Plus Direct Reading Spectrometer

SOLARIS-CCD PLUS is a multi-channel direct reading spectrometer suitable for solid metal sample detection and analysis.Instrument configuration:

1) Optical system

Multiple high-resolution CCD detectors can be equipped with up to 16 high-performance CCD detectors according to the application.

Each CCD detector has 3648 active elements.

Holographic diffraction grating, with 2700 grating lines/mm

Focal length: 500 mm

Spectral range: 140-800 nm (depending on the analysis software)

A sealed vacuum optical chamber can avoid interference from dust and light.

2) Spectral line

SOLARIS-CCD PLUS covers the entire range of elemental analysis and can analyze corresponding elements according to specific needs.

The optical system, including solid-state detectors, can measure the full spectrum emitted by the sample.

And space has been reserved for possible future upgrades with the addition of new spectral lines.

3) Control and Collection

Electronic systems have automatic detection and data collection functions controlled by microprocessors.

4) Spark source

Semiconductor controlled discharge.

The discharge parameters are password protected.

The spark light source has stable discharge and is not affected by fluctuations in the power supply system.

Spark sources have various parameter settings.

5) Spark table

The open spark table can detect samples weighing up to 20 kg.

The electrode is easy to disassemble and maintain.

6) Analysis software

Calculate the calibration curve, taking into account various matrices (references) for each element
