All parts are fastened on the machine body. The main shaft rotates clockwise. The movement is from the belt pulley to the main shaft pulley. The main shaft can get three different speeds. The rotation of the scraper is driven by the scraper motor through the belt pulley. Two different speeds can be obtained. The position of the scraper can be adjusted by the butterfly nut. The flotation machine drives the impeller to rotate by the motor V-belt to generate centrifugal force to form negative pressure. On the one hand, it inhales sufficient air to mix with the slurry, on the other hand, it stirs the slurry and drugs, and at the same time, it refines the foam, so that the mineral can bond to the foam, float to the slurry surface and then form a mineralized foam. Adjust the height of the ram and control the liquid level so that the useful foam can be scraped out by the scraper. Used for measuring mineral samples.

Operation and maintenance of single cell flotation machine
