One Product Introduction
The spray dryer is a hot air distributor on the top of the drying chamber after the air passes through the filter and heating device. The hot air through the hot air distributor enters the drying chamber evenly and rotates in a spiral shape. At the same time, the material solution is sent to the spray head on the top of the drying chamber. The material solution is sprayed into performance fog droplets, which greatly increases the surface area of the material solution in contact with the hot air, quickly evaporates the moisture, and drying the finished product in a very short time. The coarser finished products are collected by the collection cylinder at the bottom of the dryer, and the exhaust gas is discharged by the centrifugal fan.
II Product Features:
1.The drying speed is fast. After spray, the surface area of the feed liquid is greatly increased. In the high-temperature airflow, 95-98% of the water can be evaporated instantly, and the drying time needs more than ten seconds.
2.Parallel flow spray drying is adopted. During the drying process, the temperature of the droplets is not high, and the product quality is good. In the spray drying room, the droplets flow in the same direction as the hot air. Although the temperature of the hot air is high, because the hot air enters the drying room and immediately contacts with the spray droplets, the indoor temperature drops sharply, which does not cause excessive heating of dry materials. It is suitable for drying heat sensitive materials. The temperature of discharged products depends on the exhaust temperature and is lower than the exhaust temperature.
3.Color large touch screen operation, combination of fully automatic control and manual control, Chinese and English panel, parameter LCD display.
4.When shutting down, simply press the stop button, and the machine will immediately stop running except for the fan. The equipment will not burn out the heating part due to misoperation (forcibly shutting down the fan).
4The drying process is completed in an instant, and the particles of the product can basically maintain a droplet like shape. The product has good dispersibility, fluidity, and solubility.
5.The production process is simplified and the operation control is convenient. Spray drying is usually used for solvents with a moisture content of 40-60%. Even if the moisture content of special materials is up to 90%, they can be dried into powder products at one time. Most products do not need to be crushed and screened after drying, which reduces the production process, simplifies the production process and provides the purity of products. Within a certain range, the particle size, precision, and moisture content of the product can be adjusted by changing the operating conditions, making control and management very convenient.
6.In order to prevent material contamination and extend equipment life, all parts in contact with the material are made of 304 stainless steel material. For ease of operation, the control system adopts integrated operation, that is, indicator devices and opening and closing devices for each component are installed in the control cabinet. All stainless steel components are easy to disassemble and clean.
7.Built in oil-free air compressor, the particle size of the powder sprayed follows a normal distribution, with excellent flowability and very low noise, less than 60db, which meets laboratory noise standards (centrifugal atomization is optional).

10.The feeding amount can be adjusted freely through the feeding peristaltic pump, and the magnetic stirrer can be optionally selected.
11.For viscous materials, the spray dryer is equipped with a nozzle cleaner (through needle), which will automatically clear when the nozzle is blocked, and the frequency of through needle can be automatically adjusted.
