One Product Introduction
The laboratory low temperature spray dryer and its main applications are universities, research institutes and food, pharmaceutical and chemical industry laboratories to produce micro particle powders. It has broad spectrum applicability to all solutions such as emulsions and suspensions. The laboratory low temperature spray dryer is dried under vacuum environment, which realizes the instant drying of materials under low temperature and vacuum, and provides a convenient and safe drying method for heat sensitive materials.
II Product Features:
1. Adopting color LCD touch screen operation control, fully Chinese operation interface, PID constant temperature control for heating temperature, combining automatic and manual control, with built-in memory function, easy to operate.
2. Equipped with an imported oil-free air compressor, the particle size of the powder sprayed follows a normal distribution, with excellent fluidity and very low noise, meeting the national laboratory noise standards;
3. The whole experimental process was completed in a vacuum environment, which greatly reduced the drying temperature of materials and solved the problem of spray drying of heat sensitive materials. In order to meet the requirements of users to adjust various parameters within the experimental range, real-time PID constant temperature control technology is adopted in the design of drying temperature control, which ensures accurate temperature control in the entire temperature range and a heating temperature control accuracy of ± 1 ℃.
4. The spray head is concentric spray head, and the size of the nozzle is optional. During atomization, ensure that there is no eccentricity that causes spraying to one side of the bottle wall, and the spray head can move up and down after installation to facilitate the adjustment of the atomization position and improve the drying effect of spray;
5. The feeding amount can be adjusted by the feeding peristaltic pump, the rated processing capacity can be adjusted, and the sample volume is 50-2000ml
6. The atomization structure of two fluid spray is precisely made of stainless steel, with compact design and no accessory equipment
7. Equipped with a nozzle cleaner (needle), it will automatically clear when the nozzle is blocked, and the frequency of needle passing can be automatically adjusted.
