This series of small anti-corrosion self-priming pumps is a high suction range self-priming pump product optimized and upgraded by Boyu Pump Industry based on the original small stainless steel self-priming pump. It has applied for relevant invention certificates for a high suction range self-priming pump without vacuum assistance (201821077009.2), as well as utility model certificates and invention certificates for related core components: 1. (Utility model: 201821835306.9), 2. Invention number: 201811324885.5.

2. Not easily clogged, capable of transporting various sewage media containing solid particle impurities.

3. The materials available are stainless steel 304, 316, and 316L for different media to choose from.

4. If the inlet pipeline is long and a vacuum assist system can be configured to improve the self-priming performance of the acid resistant and corrosion-resistant self-priming pump, the horizontal distance can be pumped up to about 100 meters.

5. Small anti-corrosion self-priming pumps with a power below 2.2KW are also available for selection at 220V.

5、 Small acid resistant self-priming pump ordering instructions

Before placing an order, confirm the material of stainless steel used for the medium conveyed by the small anti-corrosion self-priming pump and whether stainless steel can meet the working conditions. If stainless steel cannot be used, choose a fluoroplastic self-priming pump instead.

Confirm the required self-priming height, actual working height, and horizontal distance of the small anti-corrosion self-priming pump. If the horizontal distance exceeds 20 meters, it is recommended to use a self-priming pump with vacuum assistance.
