The filter gap formed between the fixed ring and the moving ring, as well as the pitch of the spiral shaft, gradually decreases from the concentration section to the dehydration section.
3. After gravity concentration in the concentration section, the sludge is transported to the dewatering section. During the process, as the filter gap and pitch gradually decrease, and under the blocking effect of the back pressure plate, a great internal pressure is generated, and the volume continuously decreases, achieving the goal of full dewatering.
