III Working principle of sludge dewatering and drying equipment
The sludge enters the guide plate inside the dryer through the chute of the feeder. With the rotation of the sludge dryer cylinder, the sludge is guided to the inclined lifting plate and lifted to the center of the cylinder, gradually scattering to form a material curtain. High temperature airflow passes through it, preheating the sludge and evaporating some of the water. When the sludge spills and moves onto the active grate wing, the material mixes with the preheated grate wing, transferring heat to the material and causing some moisture to evaporate. At the same time, the material carried by the wing plate is lifted and scattered multiple times, and the material undergoes convection and contact heat exchange with the hot air flow. At the same time, the cleaning device buried in the material also slides down along the inner side of the arc-shaped lifting plate to clean the material adhered to the inner wall of the lifting plate. After the cleaning device rotates along the vertical line with the cylinder, it is dragged on the back of the circular arc lifting plate to clean the material adhered to the outer wall of the lifting plate. With the continuous rotation of the sludge dryer cylinder, some of the water evaporates, and the sludge is further dried. At the same time, the cleaning device also plays a role in breaking the sludge balls, improving the drying speed. Finally, the sludge becomes loose material with low moisture after drying and is discharged from the discharge outlet.
