1、 Prepare the sample

1. Place the instrument on a flat surface, connect the power and gas sources, and place the sample on the loading platform; Rotate the air pressure regulating valve to adjust the air pressure within the green area (between 0.5~0.6MP);
2. Install the sample to be tested;
3. Manually rotate the adjustment handle to adjust the height position of the test component up and down; Loosen the screws and move them left and right to adjust the size and distance of the corresponding test components separately.

2. Operation steps:

1. Adjust the upper and lower, front and rear fixed fixtures of the machine according to different samples;
2. Set the number of tests, with a test force value of 300N;
4. After setting, press the start button to start the test;
5. When the number of tests reaches the set limit, the machine will automatically stop testing and the test is completed; If any abnormalities occur during the testing process, press the stop button on the controller to stop the machine.

3、 Testing method

4、 Precautions for use:

When testing two groups, the air pressure must be ensured to be above 0.6Mpa, otherwise insufficient air pressure may cause the test to fail.
