SinoChrom packing is an updated product launched by Elite, the ultra pure silica gel series chromatographic column; Can adapt to the analysis requirements of the vast majority of samples. SinoChrom APS-P filler can be used as both a normal phase and a reverse phase chromatography mode depending on the mobile phase. Especially used for analyzing and separating sugar samples using acetonitrile/water as the mobile phase. Simple mobile phases such as n-hexane/ethyl acetate or chloroform/methanol can be used to separate alkaline compounds that cannot be separated on unmodified silica gel without the need for other polar solvent additives.
