●General characteristics:

1) Designed for analytical short-range distillation of heavy oil and residual oil;

2) The temperature ranges from 500 ℃ AET to 730 ℃ AET, occasionally exceeding this range;

3) The short-range distillation must be carried out under high and low pressure (vacuum) and precisely controlled temperature, and the temperature of the distiller can reach up to 360 ℃;

4) As an analytical tool, it can effectively test and analyze the yield of cutting fractions and residues, and can be carried out at different set evaporation temperatures. Each cut-off fraction can be analyzed using conventional methods;

5) It can help you obtain reliable data to optimize production, reduce factory costs, and is suitable for a wide range of base oil varieties;

●Design features:

1) For a semi continuous distillation system, equipped with temperature and pressure control units;

2) Sample injection system: a graduated glass tank with a jacket, with a capacity of 10L;

3) Evaporation unit: isolated jacketed glass distillation kettle with an area of 0.1m2;

3) Cutting and distillation unit: 2 sets of rotors, capable of holding 20 funnel-shaped glass receivers, working under reduced pressure and heated by IR infrared, etc;

4) Vacuum control system: can ensure distillation vacuum pressure from 0.1 to 0.003 Torr; The design vacuum pressure of the system can reach<0.001 Torr without any operation;

5) Whole running time: about 8 hours;
