One Overview

The LTDK idle torque screwdriver is used for tightening threaded workpieces with torque requirements.

This product operates clockwise and can preset torque values. If the screwdriver idles beyond the set value, priority can be given to controlling the tightening force of the thread.

II Warning Notice

4 Specifications

Five Precautions

• Confirm the torque range of the LTDK idle torque screwdriver before use, and do not use it beyond the range;
• Please do not disassemble or modify the torque screwdriver by yourself;
• Please use this tool normally and do not drop, press or replace it with other tools;
• Please confirm the torque unit and the unit marked on the torque screwdriver before use;
• Do not engage in underwater operations or work in contact with water;
• When this tool is idling and producing a sound signal, please stop tightening the fasteners.
• Please regularly check the functionality and accuracy of this tool;
• Please store the tool in a clean place and keep it properly.
• If not needed, please set the main scale wheel to the decimal value.

VI Operation examples

• Select the appropriate type of torque screwdriver based on the required torque range for tightening fasteners;
• Set the torque value based on the required torque for tightening fasteners;

Press the adjustment handwheel and rotate it to achieve the desired torque value. The working torque value is the main scale indication+the secondary scale indication.

The torque values shown in Figure 1 are:

1+0.2=1.2N.m

After completing the setup, simply release your hand.

• Select the appropriate batch head from the attachment according to the head form of the fastener (cross, straight, plum blossom, etc.), and insert it into the hexagonal joint of the idle torque screwdriver head (if there is no suitable batch head in the attachment, the batch head for connection can be processed by oneself, and the size of the hexagonal joint is shown in Figure 2);
• Hold the handle and align the batch head with the fastener. Rotate the idle torque screwdriver until the tightening torque of the fastener reaches the set value. The LTDK idle torque screwdriver will idle and emit a sound signal accompanied by obvious tactile vibration, indicating completion of the operation.
• 

7 Repair Instructions

• Within one month from the date of sale, if there are any quality issues with this product under normal use and without any damage to its appearance, customers can bring the original sales receipt, valid warranty card, and complete packaging to the original purchase location or our company to replace it with a product of the same specifications and model. The replaced product will continue to have the warranty period and terms of the original product.
• Within one year from the date of sale, if there is any non-human error in the normal use of this product, it is covered by the warranty (if the user disassembles the machine or repairs it at another repair point, our company will not cover the warranty). Customers can communicate with the original purchase location with the original sales receipt and valid warranty card to receive a one-year free warranty from our company.
• The warranty terms of this product only apply to products sold in the Chinese market. For products that have exceeded the warranty period, customers can inquire about repair matters at the original purchase location or communicate with our company, and our company will provide paid repairs.
