Faster CO2 concentration recovery speed

During the experiment, if frequent opening of the box door is required, infrared sensors are the preferred choice.

Imported infrared (IR) sensors have the characteristics of fast monitoring of carbon dioxide gas velocity and are not affected by external temperature and humidity fluctuations. For example, if the door is opened for 30 seconds and then closed, it can recover to 37 ℃ in less than 10 minutes and 5% of the set CO2 concentration in less than 5 minutes. Even in situations where multiple people use it frequently and need to open or close the door, it can still maintain stable and uniform CO2 concentration inside the box. Thermal conductivity sensors, on the other hand, are easily affected by temperature and humidity, and have long response times and large detection errors. If used, they may require frequent calibration and other defects.

UV sterilization system

The ultraviolet sterilization lamp is located on the back wall of the box and can regularly disinfect the inside of the box. It can effectively kill circulating air and steam floating bacteria in the humidification tray inside the box, thereby effectively preventing contamination during cell culture.

◆ Microbial high-efficiency filter

The CO2 inlet is equipped with an efficient microbial filter, which has a filtration efficiency of up to 99.99% for particles with a diameter greater than or equal to 0.3 μ m, effectively filtering bacteria and dust particles in CO2 gas.

◆ Door temperature heating system

The CO2 incubator door can heat the inner glass door, effectively preventing condensation water from the glass door and preventing the possibility of microbial contamination caused by condensation water from the glass door.

◆ Automatic control of circulating fan speed

The speed of the circulating fan can be automatically controlled. When the temperature inside the box is at a constant temperature, the speed will decrease and the circulating wind speed will be adjusted to a suitable speed for cell growth, avoiding sample evaporation caused by excessive air volume during the experiment.

◆ HEPA high-efficiency filter (optional):

It can effectively filter out bacteria and dust particles from the outside air, eliminate and prevent cross contamination between the outside air and the inside of the incubator, and keep the incubator in a sterile state.

After the door is closed for 5 minutes, the air quality inside the box can be restored to a cleanliness level of 100.

HEPA high-efficiency filters are easy to disassemble and assemble without the need for tools.

Stackable placement (two layers) facilitates the full utilization of laboratory space. The large LCD screen above the outer door can display temperature, CO2 concentration values, and relative humidity values. The menu style operation interface is simple and easy to understand, making it easy to observe and use.

● It has alarms for low, high, and over temperature, as well as alarms for high or low CO2 concentration.

Microcomputer controller

The large screen LCD display adopts microcomputer PID control and can simultaneously display temperature, CO2 concentration, relative humidity, and operation, fault prompts. The menu style operation is simple and easy to understand for observation and use.

Data recording and fault diagnosis display (optional)

All data can be downloaded to the computer through the RS485 port and saved. In case of any failure, the data can be retrieved from the computer and diagnosed in time.

Wireless alarm system (SMS alarm system) (optional)

If the device user is not on site, when the device malfunctions, the system promptly collects the fault signal and sends it to the recipient's mobile phone via SMS * time to ensure timely troubleshooting, recovery testing, and avoid accidental losses.
