Instrument Introduction:

The PTC-III solid/liquid blow and capture instrument is a 70 position solid-liquid integrated fully automatic blow and capture instrument with an electronic cold trap. Liquid samples can be automatically and accurately sampled into blowing bottles for blowing and capturing, or solid samples can be automatically added to distilled water and shaken for direct blowing and capturing. The cold trap adopts semiconductor refrigeration+air cooling, with a low cooling temperature of up to -30 ℃ (at room temperature of 20 ℃), meeting most low-temperature enrichment needs.

The trap is heated using direct resistance heating, with a heating rate greater than 2400 ℃/min.

The built-in foam sensor can detect the foam in the purging pipe to prevent the way of polluting the sample and protect the entire analysis system.

Users can customize the cleaning frequency of the sampling needle and blowing tube.

Solid sample bottles can be heated and directly injected with distilled water for shaking, mixing, and blowing.

Capture trap and blowback tube for gas separation to reduce cross contamination between samples. In the blowback cycle, the compounds blown out from the trap will not flow into the purge tube.

The water trap removes water vapor at the blowing end, greatly reducing the impact of water vapor on GC and GC/MS.

The sample tubing is made of PEEK material and treated with silane inert stainless steel to reduce residual pollution.

Hot water can be used to flush and blow pipes to reduce residue.

All pipelines and six way valves are temperature controlled for heating, eliminating system cold spots and reducing sample loss.
