1. Box structure
1) The box is made of CNC equipment, with smooth lines and exquisite craftsmanship, presenting a beautiful and elegant appearance
2) The inner box material is 1.2mm thick 304SUS high-grade stainless steel brushed plate, and the outer box material is 1.5mm thick high-quality cold-rolled steel plate electrostatically sprayed
3) The insulation material between the inner and outer boxes is high-quality ultra-fine glass fiber insulation cotton, which has a good insulation effect. The door frame connection between the inner and outer boxes is made of fiberglass, which has a good connection effect. Even at -80 ℃, there is no sweating on the outside of the box
4) Imported sealing materials and * silicone sealing structure are used between the door and the door frame, with good sealing and aging resistance
5) The air duct inside the box adopts a dual circulation system, consisting of two long axis axial flow fans, two stainless steel multi wing centrifugal fans, and a circulating air duct. 2 Refrigeration system
1) Adopting the German "Grain Wheel" semi enclosed cascade refrigeration compressor unit (air-cooled)

3) The design of refrigeration systems should incorporate energy regulation technology, which is an effective way to ensure that the energy consumption and cooling capacity of the refrigeration system can be effectively adjusted while the refrigeration unit is operating normally, reducing the operating costs and failure rates of the refrigeration system to a more economical state.
4) Refrigeration auxiliary components: air-cooled coil condenser, finned multi-stage evaporator. The main refrigeration accessories and control components are imported, such as the American "Aigo" drying filter, the Italian "Castello" solenoid valve, etc;
