Full water immersion sterilization, with two sterilization kettles alternately using the same batch of sterilization water. After processing the food in one kettle, the high-temperature treatment water is directly injected into the other kettle, reducing the loss of treatment water and heat, and increasing production capacity by 2/3 compared to double-layer sterilization kettles.
This equipment is a new product developed on the basis of a double-layer water bath sterilization kettle. Its advantages include doubling the output of the double-layer sterilization kettle, saving energy, and greatly reducing the investment cost of the equipment for users.
1. High temperature short-term sterilization
Adopting dual tank hot water circulation for sterilization, the water inside the sterilization tank is heated to the required temperature in advance, thereby shortening the sterilization time and improving work efficiency.
2. Save energy and increase production
The working medium used in the sterilization process can be recycled, saving energy, time, manpower, and material resources, and reducing production costs. During sterilization, two tanks are used alternately as sterilization tanks, which increases production.

By adopting technology and utilizing hot water circulation and immersion sterilization, the circulating water in the sterilization tank continuously switches up, down, left, and right during the sterilization process, ensuring uniform heat distribution at any point from heating, insulation to cooling in the sterilization tank, effectively eliminating dead corners during the sterilization process, and making the product's shelf life more stable and long-lasting. The temperature inside the sterilization tank remains stable at all stages of the sterilization process, ensuring the qualification rate of the F value.
4. Fully automatic control system
The entire sterilization process is controlled by a computer PLC and can be completed in one go without the need for manual operation. Using a chart tablet and touch control on the screen, all time periods are controlled by analog sensors and automatic valves, allowing for switching from a single sterilization process to a multi-stage sterilization process. Pressure and temperature are displayed digitally, and various pressure and temperature modes applicable to any product can be pre programmed and input into the computer. The computer can store 100 sterilization formulas for easy selection and use.
5. Simulated temperature control system, capable of setting multi-stage heating mechanism
According to the requirements of sterilization conditions for different foods, different heating and cooling programs can be set at any time, and multi-stage heating sterilization methods can be used to minimize the amount of heat that food can withstand, in order to preserve its color, aroma, and taste as much as possible, so that each food can be conditioned and sterilized in its state. The sterilization temperature is accurate to ± 0.3 ℃, which can avoid the phenomenon of excessive cooking or inadequate sterilization of the product.
6. Function of measuring F-value
Each sterilization kettle produced by the company can be equipped with an F-value measuring instrument, which has the function of measuring values. The F-value software calculates the F-value every 3 seconds. All sterilization data, including sterilization conditions, F-values, time temperature curves, time pressure curves, etc., can be processed by data processing software and saved or printed for production management purposes.
