Purpose and Scope of Application

This product is suitable for the crushing and processing of various hard metal or non-metal ores and mineral raw materials. It can be used by geological, metallurgical, coal, building materials, petroleum, chemical, scientific research, experimental and other departments and units that require the crushing and processing of laboratory samples.

When the machine is working, the motor drives the rotating shaft of the power arm to rotate. Under the action of centrifugal force, a large excitation vibration is generated, causing the vibrating body to vibrate regularly. At the same time, it forces the striking ring and striking block to impact, squeeze, and grind the sample in the material bowl, achieving the purpose of crushing.

Terms of Use

1. The motor power supply is 380 volts, 50 hertz three-phase AC, and needs to be grounded.

2. This product is generally used for dry crushing. When the moisture content of the sample is high, it should be dried at around 105 ℃ to avoid excessive moisture content in the sample, which may reduce the crushing effect and cause sticking to the bowl. The drier the general sample, the better the crushing effect. If the moisture content of the crushed material sample is too high to dry, please choose a special steel material bowl.

3. To prepare samples finer than 200 mesh, such as 300 mesh, alcohol or other solvents can be added to the bowl for wet grinding, and the processing time can be appropriately extended to achieve the desired result.

Usage and maintenance

1. This product has no special installation requirements, as long as it is placed flat, it can work normally.

2. To move the machine, you can lift the packing screws or use two 30mm diameter iron rods to pass through the ventilation holes on both sides of the machine and then lift it up. After the machine is placed properly, you can unscrew the packing screws to avoid injuring people.

3. In order to automatically control the processing time, the machine is equipped with a time control system in the control sectionboardAdjust the required time before operation, and the machine will automatically stop processing when it is turned on.

4. After the power is turned on, the red indicator light will turn on. After all the preparation work is done, press the green switch, the green work indicator light will turn on, and the machine will start working at the same time. If there is an abnormal situation with the machine, press the red switch and the machine will stop working.

5. When loading, first place the striking ring and block close to one side of the bowl, and then pour the sample into the gap.
