In the actual riding process of a simulated bicycle, the handlebar components will be subjected to forces from different directions given by human hands under different road conditions, especially when riding on bumpy roads, where the forces are relatively large and frequent. Therefore, the quality of the handlebar components is related to the safety and convenience of the entire vehicle. This testing machine is designed according to the relevant fatigue testing standards of EN14764, EN14766, and EN14781. The entire testing system is automatically controlled by a computer, and the force application system adopts force closed-loop control. When the test force applied to the handlebar reaches the set force, it automatically returns to reverse direction.

Design standard: Meet ISO 4210-5-2014 (ISO standard) 4.9 first and second stage loading methods

Test method: During the test, the handlebar assembly is fixed on the testing machine according to the standard method. The height position of the loading crossbeam can be manually adjusted to adapt to the size of the handlebar riser; Fix the handlebar riser (or fake riser) onto the fixture, adjust the up, down, left, and right positions of the loading cylinder so that the loading fixture can be perfectly assembled onto the handlebar crossbar, and fix each part in place. Set the required test force value and frequency on the computer. Adjust the allowable Z deformation of the handlebar, and if it exceeds this deformation, the machine will automatically stop testing; Start the test program to begin testing. If the test reaches the set number of times or the specimen is damaged, the machine will automatically stop testing and retain the test results.
