Sanitary grade stainless steel mixing tankStrictly follow the requirements of Articles 31 and 32 of the GMP General Principles of the "Good Manufacturing Practice for Drugs" (1998 revised edition), and design, manufacture and accept according to the requirements of GB150-98 "Steel Pressure Vessels" and JB/T4735-97 "Steel Welded Atmospheric Pressure Vessels".
1. The container insulation material shall be made of high temperature resistant and anti-aging polyurethane foam or pearl cotton.
2. The interface adopts the universal standard ISO quick release chuck type, and the inner liner is made of imported stainless steel SUS316L or SUS304. The inner surface is mirror polished to Ra ≤ 0.28 μ m, and the outer surface is polished with matte, mirror, sandblasted or cold-rolled primary color matte, in compliance with GMP pharmaceutical standards.
3. The sealing of the mixer adopts imported sanitary mechanical mixing seal or magnetic fully sealed mixing device, and the mixing speed can be selected.
4. The pipe mouth is equipped with a liquid level gauge port (static pressure type, capacitive type, non-contact type, ultrasonic type, glass tube type), an air breathing port, a thermometer (digital display or dial type), a CIP cleaning port, a sight glass, an explosion-proof sight light (integrated sight glass sight light), a SIP sterilization port, an inlet and outlet liquid port, and a sanitary manhole.
5. The capacity is available in specifications ranging from 100L to 10000L, and can also be designed and manufactured according to the actual needs of customers.
6. Randomly attach relevant GMP validation materials (including material reports, certificates of conformity for purchased parts, validation forms, etc.).

Mixing tanks have different names depending on their usage. They are commonly used in pharmaceutical liquid dispensing systems and are commonly referred to as mixing tanks, concentrated mixing tanks, diluted mixing tanks, sanitary graded liquid tanks, injection mixing tanks, pharmaceutical sanitary graded liquid tanks, etc. In the dairy industry, some are called mixing tanks, mixing tanks, or sterile mixing tanks. According to the volume of the mixing tank, it can be divided into laboratory mixing tanks, pilot mixing tanks, and large mixing tanks. Depending on whether it can be moved, it can be divided into fixed mixing tanks and mobile mixing tanks, and some are also detachable mixing tanks. According to the different mixing forms, there are magnetic stirring mixing tanks, stirring blade mixing tanks, and buffer mixing tanks. According to the different structures, it can be divided into single-layer mixing tanks, insulated mixing tanks, and three-layer insulated mixing tanks.
