According to the different specific gravity of the materials, after entering the centrifuge, the sewage passes through the high-speed rotation of the drum, and the solid particles are thrown onto the wall of the drum. They are then pushed forward by the screw pusher to scrape the mud, continuously forming a mud wall at the outlet. The water flows back to the outlet, and the sludge is pushed out of the outlet. The whole machine does not have any filter cloth and relies solely on centrifugal force for mud water separation, with extremely low requirements for dosage. A 350 type centrifuge works for 8 hours a day, with a dosage of one to three kilograms, depending on the sludge. The centrifuge can even achieve good treatment results for many materials without adding chemicals. For example, materials such as acid washed graphite, concentrate dewatering, acetylene gas slag, and mine tailings that are prone to coarse particle precipitation do not require coagulants. This greatly reduces the cost of medication and treatment. The filter surface of the belt filter has a larger mesh size, which requires higher requirements for mud explosion and coagulation during dewatering, resulting in a significant increase in dosing costs. During the processing of the board and frame machine, a certain amount of flocculant needs to be added to the concentration tank.

II The adaptability of the mud dewatering machine in the sand washing field to the properties of wastewater:
The mud dewatering machine in the sand washing field has strong adaptability to the properties of sewage. It can handle any type of sewage, some without adding drugs, and some with a small amount of drugs. Especially for sludge with oil, fat, and high viscosity, the other two types of equipment are very difficult to complete. The filter cloth is easily blocked by sludge, and the sludge particles are too fine, oily, and viscous to handle easily. The separation principle of a centrifuge is based on the difference in specific gravity between mud and water, which is rapidly settled by gravity through centrifugal force to separate the mud and water. Without relying on any filtering medium, the whole machine does not have any filter cloth, so it can operate very stably.
