Product Introduction：

SWGThe pellet drum screen is designed and improved based on the experience of several large Chinese medicine factories in China. This machine has the advantages of high output and accurate screening and classification.

SWGThe pellet drum screen is driven by an adjusting motor through a worm gear reducer and sprocket to drive the transmission with a casting wheel. The casting wheel then rotates the three section screen filled with circular holes through friction with the strengthening ring of the drum screen to complete the pellet screening. The aperture size of each section of the three-stage cylindrical screen is different. The feed end aperture is smaller, the middle section is the finished material aperture, and the discharge end aperture is larger. The aperture size can be customized according to user requirements. All areas in contact with materials are made of stainless steel plates, which have a clean and durable appearance.

Main purpose:

This machine is mainly used for the classification and screening of traditional Chinese medicine pills, concentrated pills, paste pills, as well as grains and beans.
