The SRJX-4-9 box resistance furnace uses a new type of high-temperature electric heating alloy wire or silicon carbon rod as the heating element. The furnace temperature has various specifications of 1000 ℃, 1200 ℃, 1300 ℃, and 1400 ℃. K and S scale thermocouples are used as temperature measuring elements, and the electric furnace is automatically controlled at a constant temperature or programmed temperature rise and fall through a precision digital intelligent temperature controller. The furnace shell adopts a cold steel plate embedded structure, and the furnace body adopts a new type of lightweight insulation material, which has the characteristics of high temperature measurement accuracy, accurate temperature control, uniform furnace temperature, low thermal conductivity, high efficiency and energy saving, and beautiful appearance.
