The SN-080 Xenon Lamp Weathering Test Chamber is mainly used for aging tests of non-metallic materials and organic materials (paints, coatings, rubber, plastics, etc.) under simulated climate conditions. Simulate full sunlight spectrum

This test chamber is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB/T 2423.24-1995 "Environmental Testing for Electrical and Electronic Products - Part 2: Test Sa: Simulating Sun Assisted Radiation on the Ground", referring to the exposure test method of plastic xenon lamp light source GB9344-88 and GB/T9276-96 "Test for Coatings, Paints, and Varnishes". It can meet the light aging test requirements for textiles, plastics, natural fibers, and rubber specified in GJB150.7. The performance indicators meet the requirements of GB/T5170.9 "Basic Parameter Calibration Method for Environmental Testing Equipment of Electrical and Electronic Products - Solar Assisted Radiation Testing Equipment".
Basic Principles
The SN-080 xenon lamp weather resistance test chamber is an important means of screening and optimizing product composition in scientific research and production processes. The weather resistance test chamber uses xenon lamps to simulate the effect of sunlight exposure, and uses condensed moisture to simulate rainwater and dew. The tested material is placed in a cyclic program of alternating light and moisture at a certain temperature for testing.
