Features :
The first stage is SHJ twin screw extruder without die . Through the combination of barrel and screw ,
the extruder can exert its strong ability to make the thermo sensibility material Iike PVC melting ,
compounding , disturbing and decentralizjng under the condition of no back pressure .
The second stage is SJ single screw extruder . Because of the lower rotate speed , it can complete melting ,
compounding lengthways and forming strands avoiding over heating.

Unit features:
*The SHJ series twin-screw extruder is designed with a combination of barrel and screw, and the discharge end is not equipped with a head. It can fully utilize the advantages of plasticization, mixing ability, good distribution and dispersion effect under no pressure, making PVC and other heat sensitive materials fully plasticized, kneaded, mixed and extruded.
The second stage is the SJ series single screw extruder. The screw has a short aspect ratio and can complete plasticization, longitudinal mixing, and stable extrusion granulation under low shear conditions, avoiding overheating and decomposition.
