High quality two-stage mixing and extrusion unitInstallation and commissioning: After the unit arrives, the purchaser shall install the unit in place according to the technical documents provided by the supplier. The supplier shall immediately send commissioning personnel to the equipment installation site of the purchaser to guide the commissioning and installation. The demand side should have the conditions for trial operation. After the unit operates normally, it will be handed over, and the purchaser should provide the supplier with a user acceptance report. The materials required for the trial run shall be provided by the purchaser, and the process conditions for the trial run shall be determined by the purchaser and agreed upon by both parties.

Materials: One set of electrical installation drawings, one manual for twin-screw extruder, one manual for frequency converter, one manual for temperature controller, and one screw combination diagram.

Full set unit price

Payment method: 30% advance payment, the contract will come into effect after the advance payment is made. 65% payment will be made upon delivery, and the remaining 5% must be paid in full within six months after the equipment is debugged and qualified at the user's site;

Delivery time: Forty days after the contract takes effect (subject to the receipt of the advance payment), according to the delivery note, excluding the time during transportation. The equipment will be debugged within one week after arrival at the factory.
