1、 Product Description of Weighing Scale

4、 Production process:

1. Scale body ingredients

The product design has a safety overload factor of 1.5 and a deflection ratio of 0.8 ‰. Each scale has undergone professional strength verification and deflection design, mainly reflected in the differences in material thickness, platform height, U-shaped beam bending angle, platform self weight, product cost, and platform lifespan of 2-3 times longer than comm.

2. Scale platform structure

Pure modular structure, strong interchangeability, scientifically reasonable force distribution, can ensure that the sensor is subjected to vertical force.

3. Production process

There is a pre arching fixture for the weighing platform, with a pre arching degree of 3 ‰ and a hydraulic pressure of 180t. The overall shaping and welding can better ensure the strength of the weighing platform, reduce the possibility of water accumulation, and minimize deformation of the weighing platform.
