SCPB-615B Intelligent Distribution Transformer TerminalProduct Features:

1. The core processor is based on the ARM-A7 platform, and the sub modules are implemented by microcontrollers, forming a master-slave multi CPU system with module plug-in design.

2. Embedded Linux operating system, combined with SQLite database, hierarchical and distributed software design, stable system operation, flexible function expansion, and simple and convenient maintenance.

3. Green, environmentally friendly, low-carbon and energy-saving design, with a total power consumption of less than 8VA, significantly better than the standard requirements.

4. The terminal integrates a supercapacitor as a backup power supply, which can maintain the normal operation of the terminal and terminal communication module for at least 1 minute.

5. Users can choose the reactive power compensation function module, which has three compensation functions: separate compensation, joint compensation, and phase to phase compensation.

6. Adopting low-power wireless and broadband carrier communication methods to achieve the function of three-phase imbalance control.

Main functions:

-Detection and protection of distribution transformers

Statistical data on voltage, current, active and reactive power, power factor, phase failure, harmonics, power quality, environmental temperature, etc. It has multiple protection and warning functions such as overvoltage, overcurrent, overload, undervoltage, overheating, etc.

-Electric energy information collection

Collect electrical energy information in the substation area, monitor and report the operating conditions of the substation metering table.

-Remote control and load management

By controlling commands through the main station, remote management of circuit breaker opening and closing can be achieved; The main station can issue various load management measures to the terminal.

-Reactive power compensation control

Fast dynamic compensation of reactive power in the distribution station area and monitoring of capacitor switching status

-Three phase unbalance control

By monitoring the three-phase imbalance situation in the substation area, intelligent switches or other three-phase imbalance adjustment devices connected can be controlled to adjust the three-phase imbalance.

-Outgoing current collection and distributed power generation

Collect the outgoing current of distribution transformers and monitor it in real-time for external distributed power sources.

-Event record query and reporting

Automatically record, upload, and recall alarm events that occur in the distribution station area.

-Plug and play automatic configuration

The terminal has the ability to self describe information in accordance with IEC61850 and can achieve plug and play functionality in the main station system.
