SCF-IsoftThe knife filter needs to operate under system pressure. The self-cleaning start of the filter is triggered by time interval setting or filter pressure difference.

The self-cleaning process we recommend is as follows:

When the system pressure difference rises to the initial pressure differenceAfter 4 times, the self-cleaning motor will start running for about 10 seconds (with the filter rotating approximately 3 times). Generally speaking, this is sufficient. For special cases, the motor will operate consistently.scraperThe drive shaft of the filter element generally rotates clockwise. The bottom drain valve is designed to drain impurities from the bottom, and the opening time can be flexibly adjusted according to the situation of impurities. It can be opened together with the motor.alsoIt can be intermittently turned on according to a fixed cycle, or turned on near the end of the motor rotation. The opening time of the drain valve can be set at2s~6s， The ultimate goal is to eliminate impurities. Filter discharge may interrupt the system's liquid supply, which can be avoided by using an accumulator or a collection tank.
