working principle

The fully automatic self-cleaning filter mainly consists of a filter cartridge, stainless steel wedge-shaped filter screen, differential pressure switch, time relay, pneumatic drain valve, and other parts. The liquid flows in from the inlet, passes through the filter screen, and flows out from the outlet.

Adjust the controller to automatic mode. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet reaches the predetermined value, the system automatically cleans and discharges the filter screen, and the cleaning and discharging time are set by the controller. When the time reaches the set value, the system stops cleaning and discharging, and returns to its initial state, preparing for the next filtration process.

manual control

Adjust the controller to manual mode, press the drain button, and the system will clean and drain; Release the drain button, the system stops cleaning and draining, and resumes filtering work.
