The SBC fully automatic candle filter is an extension of the CFS candle filter system. When the material passes through the filter cloth, the clear liquid flowing out flows through the outer tube of the filter element to the bottom, and then collects at the bottom of the central tube and rises to the collection pipe. Whether solid is discharged in the form of slurry or dry slag, it is achieved through the back blowing airflow and pressure. The candle shaped structure designed by Andong enhances the effect of reverse airflow, and the rapid reverse airflow causes the filter cloth to detach from the filter cartridge skeleton and expand.

SBC filters can operate fully automatically through PLC or DCS, ensuring the quality of filtration. There are no moving parts involved in this design operation, and all maintenance requirements and costs are very low. The application of new synthetic materials in filters and filter elements has improved the stability and service life of filters.
