Overview

This method is a quantitative detection method for ruminant animal derived components (sheep, goats, cows) in animal derived (pig) raw materials using QPCR. The detection limit of this detection method is 0.1 ppm (mass fraction).

96 Tests/kit

This reagent kit adopts the mode of pre packaging 20ul of reaction solution in the reaction system. Users only need to add 5ul of DNA sample to each well for machine testing, which greatly improves the convenience of use and reduces the probability of cross contamination. Users need to cut out several PCR tubes and melt them at room temperature to avoid repeated freezing and thawing of the entire kit, which may affect the detection efficiency.
