1. The flow assembly shape should be set according to the nameplate standard. If the inlet and outlet do not match the machine tool, a variable diameter joint can be added for transformation.
2. Before installation, water can be drained only when the direction of operation is normal, and then the disc nut should be tightened appropriately to achieve the maximum rolling state between the rubber stick and the magnetic bucket.
3. When not working for a long time, the box should be cleaned to prevent impurities from accumulating and freezing. If the gap between the chains is too large, the tightness should be adjusted in a timely manner and the chains should be oiled regularly.
4. Impurities should not increase rapidly, otherwise it will cause the motor to lock up and promptly deal with the attachments on the surface of the rubber stick and magnetic bucket.
5. Before inspection and maintenance, it must be carried out with power and water cut off.
