Technical Parameter
1. The processing capacity is 0-120g, and there is no damage to the rough rice skin layer after hulling.
2.20g rice hulling can take up to 12 seconds in a short time.
3. The one-time shell shedding rate shall not be less than 98%, and the two shell shedding rates shall reach 100%.
4. There is no residue inside the device, and the recovery rate is not less than 99.5%.
5. It can achieve the complete separation of husks and brown rice.
6. The rubber roller spacing adjustment device adopts a precision limit adjustment structure, which can ensure that the gap between the two rubber rollers remains parallel for a long time.
7. The uncoating rubber roller adopts a straight insertion installation locking structure, making it easy to replace the rubber roller with a replacement time of no more than 10 minutes.
8.The feeding device adopts electromagnetic vibration feeding method and fully automatic control of feeding speed.
9. The broken rice rate of long grain rice shall not exceed 10%, and the broken rice rate of other grain rice shall not exceed 5%.
10. The stable working time shall not be less than 30kg (1500 samples).
