★ Automatic recognition and statistics: SmartdownTM colony intelligent recognition technology has the characteristic of automatic enhancement of colony targets, which can automatically recognize large-scale clustered and chain shaped adhered long rod-shaped bacteria (microscopic morphology of large adhered Escherichia coli, bacterial spores) and various types of colonies on petri dishes (Staphylococcus aureus count (GB4789.10-2016), Escherichia coli group determination (GB4789.3-2016), etc.). It can automatically form a batch processing wizard and achieve one click automatic counting.

The automatic counting accuracy is ≥ 96.5%, with an additional monitoring correction of 3.5%, achieving 100% accuracy. Analysis and statistics speed: 150-800 colonies/s, with a total imaging and counting time of ≤ 4 seconds for each dish during simultaneous analysis of 2 dishes.

★ Colony adhesion segmentation: Automatically segment long, circular and other colony targets that adhere to each other in patches, and users can choose to segment or not segment. It is also possible to manually segment and merge colony target images.

★ Color and Shape Recognition: With fast level set extraction technology, it can classify and count the number of colonies of specific colors and shapes according to 20 categories, and can be corrected by category conversion. Six target areas can be selected simultaneously for automatic analysis, and the analysis target areas can be freely increased, decreased, or edited.

Colony morphology analysis: Automatically obtain colony area, equivalent diameter, major axis, minor axis, aspect ratio, roundness, perimeter, shape factor, etc. You can filter and query based on morphological indicators.

★ Mouse click correction, seamless removal of grids and text, automatic removal of impurities, effective support for complex microbial statistics, in compliance with the parameter automatic conversion characteristics of GB4789.2-2016.


Measurement function

Fully automatic size calibration, also available for manual calibration. Accurate measurement of length, angle, radian, area, arc, and any curve can be achieved by dragging with the mouse.


Export Query and Upgrade
